Loera or El Chapo, is one of Mexico’s most-wanted hustler. With over 11,000 deaths connected to him and his mafia, he made it to Forbes 67th slot of The World’s Most Powerful People list. El Chapo was captured and sentenced to jail but escaped by hiding in a laundry truck almost ten years ago.
Authorities have no clue where Loera may be but what they do know is that his cartel is still booming.
