SMH Mother Abandon’s Two Daughters
I’m sure you have already heard all about the Brooklyn mother who abandoned her two young daughters on a corner in Canarsie Brooklyn. Dalisha Adams, 26 year old, has been arrested. Her two daughters age three and five who she left on the street with only a few extra diapers has been taken into child protective services. Dalisha Adams from Brooklyn, was picked up by police on Sunday night after leaving her children in the cold near housing projects in Brooklyn around 3pm. Two women came across them and stayed with the young girls until police arrived. Bertha, the paternal grandmother is fighting for full custody. Somebody slap this girl!!!

5 of the Most Massive Drug Busts
$6.9 Billion – Cocaine — 1989
In 1989, the biggest bust in history yielded 20 tons of cocaine, which came out to a street value of about $7 billion, or five “doses” (whatever that means) for each person in the United States. Big time Mexican drug trafficker Rafael Munoz Talavera was about to make it rain on every man, woman and child, had his cohorts not been caught in their warehouse in Sylmar, an upscale residential community near the San Gabriel Mountain foothills in California. Evidence in the trial against warehouse manager Romero McTague (who received life without parole) and the other 6 men arrested in Sylmar (which did not include Munoz), showed that this bust was small potatoes in comparison to the additional 77 tons that had moved through the warehouse in previous months, during which time the DEA was planning their attack. This brought in a whopping $81 million in transportation fees alone, according to the prosecution. Munoz managed to escape jail time for Sylmar, and also remained unscathed for his alleged involvement in importing 200 total tons of cocaine between 1988-89. His reign came to an end in 1998 though, when he was murdered by a rival Mexican drug group and drifted away to his own personal powder bowl in the sky.

Jay-Z’s Baby Blue Ivy Has A Strain Of Weed,OG IVY BLUE
A medical marijuana dispensary called 661 Medical in Rosamond, Calif. promoted a new strain called “Ivy Blue OG” by tweeting on Jan. 12: “#newstrain #newstrain #newstrain IVY BLUE OG #kush $20 gram $55 8th #newstrain.” Baby Blue Ivy already has her own strain of marijauna named after her, reports TMZ.
According to the website, several weed dispensaries in Los Angeles are selling a new strain of pot called “OG Blue Ivy.” Of course, Beyonce and Jay-Z didn’t sign off on the new strain, but they don’t have a trademark on their daughter’s name and so far the stores haven’t received any sort of legal notice from the couple.

Canada To Legalize Weed, I’m Packing & Moving To Canada
The Liberal Party of Canada has voted to legalize pot.
Seventy-seven per cent of delegates at the Liberals’ biennial convention told their party’s leadership Sunday morning that they want a future Liberal government to legalize marijuana.
Their interim leader Bob Rae acknowledged the war on drugs hasn’t worked, but told reporters the party’s caucus would have to study the implications of the resolution.
“Frankly, the status quo doesn’t work and that’s what needs to change,” Rae said. “The Liberal party is saying that the current laws do not work and that we need a new direction.”

I’m not going to let the streets have my son
Dynesha Lax of Fort Wayne, Indiana is making headlines across the country after forcing her 14-year-old son to serve mom-ordered community service by holding a cardboard sign proclaiming” I lie, I steal, I sell drug, I don’t follow the law” for two hours on the side of a busy street.
ABC NEWS – “I’ve done therapy with my son. I’ve done positive reinforcement. I’ve done negative reinforcement. I’ve done mommy-and-me days. I’ve even called the police on him,” Lax said. “But everything seems to be taken lightly. Nobody is taking seriously that these are serious offenses.” She said he has been acting up since a young age and that while none of her responses have worked, she refused to give up. “He’s already lying, stealing, trying to sell drugs. We’ve got three-and-a-half years until I don’t have control anymore,” Lax said. “I’m not going to let the streets have my son.”
Lax also has a 16-year-old son with a 3.9 GPA who plays football, basketball and runs track. She said he has never been in trouble or even to the principal’s office. “Those are hard shoes to fill but we went through so much to let him know he doesn’t have to be the same,” Lax said. “But he has to follow the rules and follow the law.” When Lax sent her son from the family’s Fort Wayne, Ind., home to spend a few hours wearing the sign outside, someone called the police. When they arrived, she said, they told her that although her tactic was unconventional, it was not illegal.

NYPD Does It Again, Brooklyn Man Shot And Killed
Another police shooting in Brooklyn, NYC. NYPD shot and killed Dwayne Browne who was armed in front of his house at 943 Schenck Ave. in East New York. Brown was pronounced dead at Brookdale Hospital at the time of 11:46 pm. His girlfriend said Browne had gone outside in his pajamas to check on a possible break-in Thursday night.
Juanita (Browne’s girlfriend who would not reveal her last name) made the statement that“The officers told me they had to shoot him,” “They kept calling him the shooter. The officer said, ‘I’m sorry. It was one of us. But he wouldn’t put the gun down.’” Juanita also replied that she did not see Brown with a gun.

Mississippi judge blocks release of 21 inmates given pardons by Gov. Barbour
JACKSON, Miss. – A Mississippi judge is blocking the release of 21 inmates given pardons by former Gov. Haley Barbour, supporting the state attorney general’s contention that Barbour’s actions weren’t in compliance with the state’s constitutional requirements.
Circuit Judge Tomie Green issued an injunction late Wednesday at the request of Democratic Attorney General Jim Hood after Hood argued that the inmates given get-out-of-jail free cards didn’t give sufficient public notice that they were seeking to have their records cleared.
According to Section 124 of the Mississippi Constitution, any inmate seeking a pardon must publish notice of the request in a newspaper covering the area where he was convicted 30 days before the governor can grant it.
