How can I order a subscription or back issue?
You can order on our website with your credit card at www.dondivamag.com, by calling 877-366-3482 or mailing a $23.00 money order to 603 W. 115th Street, Ste 313, New York, NY 10025.

How do I set up a wholesale account?
Selling Don Diva Magazine in your store is very easy just email us customerservice@dondivamag.com or call 877-366-3482 and we can set you up. A minimum wholesale order is 25 copies per order. Your first order must be pre-paid with a credit card, re-orders can be sent out C.O.D.

How long does it take for a wholesale order to be shipped?
Wholesale orders go out within 24 hours and depending upon your location can take any where from 1 to 5 days for delivery via Fedex Ground.

When will the next issue be published?
Don Diva Magazine is a quarterly publication. We publish a new issue every three months. Our average print schedule is January, April, July, October, however we reserve the right to change the schedule without further notice but you can always expect a new issue every three months.

How many issues do I get in a subscription?
There are 4 issues to a subscription

How much does a subscription cost?
$20.00 plus a $3.00 shipping and handling charge

Where is my subscription? When will it start?
Your subscription will start with the next issue published, which could take up to
12 weeks to begin.

Why are back issues more expensive?
The price of back issues is based on availability.

What back issues do you have available for retail?

How long will it take for me to receive my back issues?
Back issues are mailed out using USPS. They are mailed out within 48 hours of your order being received and can take up to 7 business days to be delivered by USPS.

Do you ship out of the country?
Yes, however there will be an additional shipping cost. Please send an email to customerservice@dondivamag.com or call 877-366-3482 with your full address and we can give you the exact shipping price.

Does Don Diva Magazine, send subscriptions to jails/prisons?
Yes we do. However we cannot guarantee that the magazine will reach the inmate. There are a few jails/prisons that don’t allow the magazine in the facility. We do make all attempts and special arrangements to have the magazines delivered. Please check with the inmate before ordering, we do not give refunds because an issue was rejected by a facility,

The subscriber was moved to another facility or the subscriber has moved?
Please change the address with customer service as soon as possible by calling 877-366-3482 and leaving the subscribers name and new address or emailing the changes to customerservice@dondivamag.com. You can also reach us with this information by fax at 866-904-8349 or mail at 603 W. 115th Street, Ste 313, New York, NY 10025. We can not forward any missed issues due to an address change. Once an issue is mailed it will not be re-mailed.

I don’t want my subscription any more, Can I have a refund?
We do not give refunds on subscriptions or back orders for any reason including rejection by an institution.
