I’m sure you have already heard all about the Brooklyn mother who abandoned her two young daughters on a corner in Canarsie Brooklyn. Dalisha Adams, 26 year old, has been arrested. Her two daughters age three and five who she left on the street with only a few extra diapers has been taken into child protective services. Dalisha Adams from Brooklyn, was picked up by police on Sunday night after leaving her children in the cold near housing projects in Brooklyn around 3pm. Two women came across them and stayed with the young girls until police arrived. Bertha, the paternal grandmother is fighting for full custody. Somebody slap this girl!!!

February 20th is the premier date with two new girls to add to the non “wives” club, including Kenya Bell (who was arrested for stabbing her husband) and Kesha Nichols who’s basketball playing fiance called off their engagement the day before their wedding. SMH! Season 4 will also show the beginning of the feuding between Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams. The friendship came to an end for good last year when Jen allegedly told on Evelyn’s personal life which ended up online and almost cost her relationship Chad Ochocinco.

Big Dawg, Shaunie O’Neal and Tami Roman are dedicating their time on establishing themselves as woman in the hard business world and setting the standards high and becoming Moguls. Royce Reed and Suzie Ketcham are are starting their lives over. First season opener begins with a brawl from fierce Evelyn and Jennifer at Ms. Shaunie’s birthday party at Phillip Chow. Allegedly Evelyn and Jen got into a fight where Ev smacked Jen with a bag over her head. Jen also got into a fight with Evelyn’s assistant. Damn Jen is on a rampage.

A young man in his twenties wanted to express his gratitude about the victories the youth of 25th of January have achieved and chose to express it in the form of naming his firstborn girl “Facebook” Jamal Ibrahim (his name.) The girl’s family, friends, and neighbors in the Ibrahimya region gathered around the new born to express their continuing support for the revolution that started on Facebook. “Facebook” received many gifts from the youth who were overjoyed by her arrival and the new name. A name [Facebook] that shocked the entire world.

There are five million Facebook users in Egypt, more so than any other country in the Middle East/North Africa region. Facebook itself has reported an increase in Egyptian users in the past month, with 32,000 Facebook groups and 14,000 pages created in the two weeks after January 25th.

While the baby girl could just have easily been called “YouTube,” “Twitter” “Google” or even “Cellphone Camera,” it seems like Facebook has become the umbrella symbol for how social media can spread the message of freedom. There are countless manefestation of this, the above graffiti in Cairo, “Thank you Facebook” protest sign, and Wael Ghonim himself personally expressing his gratitude to Mark Zuckerberg on CNN.
